Amillion Clinic · Algarve, Portugal
See an English-Speaking Doctor in the Algarve
Sixty minutes with a doctor — at the clinic, or online by video if that is easier to arrange.
An English-speaking medical clinic
Amillion Clinic is a medical and longevity clinic in the Algarve. We work in English, and much of our practice is with residents and visitors who want considered medical care without a language barrier.
Our focus is preventive and longevity medicine: understanding how someone is actually doing, rather than treating a single complaint in isolation. That means diagnostics, nutrition, recovery and performance are all part of the same conversation.
- Longevity and preventive health assessment
- Blood analysis and full wellness panels, reviewed with you
- IV therapy prepared by our medical team
- Nutrition programmes built around your results
- Performance and recovery programmes for athletes
At the clinic, or online
The consultation is the same appointment and the same fee either way. Choose whichever is easier — you can always continue in person afterwards.
Meet the team, see the clinic, and have any immediate assessments arranged while you are there. The usual choice for people living locally.
A full hour by video. Often the sensible first step if you are abroad, travelling to Portugal later, or simply want to talk before arranging a visit.
What the appointment covers
It is a conversation, not a sales call. An hour set aside to understand your situation properly before anything is recommended.
- Your health history, current concerns and what you would like to change
- Review and discussion of any blood work, scans or medical reports you already hold
- Your sleep, energy, nutrition, training and stress, and how they relate to how you feel
- Which further assessments may be worth considering, and which are not
- Whether our longevity, nutrition or performance programmes are appropriate for you — and whether they are not
- Your questions, answered by a clinician rather than a receptionist
How it works
- 01 Choose a time Pick a slot that suits you and pay the €60 fee. You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.
- 02 Send anything relevant If you have recent blood results, reports or a list of medications, share them beforehand so the hour is spent discussing them rather than gathering them.
- 03 Have your appointment A full hour, at the clinic or by video. You will be told clearly what is recommended, what it involves and what it would cost — with no obligation to proceed.
What is included

- Time for your questions — the hour is yours
Common questions
Where is the clinic?
Amillion Clinic is in the Algarve, Portugal. If you book an in-person appointment you will receive the full address and directions with your confirmation. If you would rather start online, you can do that and visit later.
Can I start online and continue at the clinic?
Yes, and many people do. The online appointment is often the first conversation; anything that needs to happen in person is arranged afterwards, once you know what is being suggested and why.
Is this a diagnosis?
No. The appointment is a clinical discussion and an opportunity to review information you already hold. It does not replace care from your own doctor, and any diagnosis or treatment requires assessment by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional, in person where that is necessary.
What should I prepare?
Anything that helps: recent blood results or medical reports, a list of medications and supplements you take, and a short note of your goals and the questions you most want answered. Nothing is required — the appointment works without it.
What happens afterwards?
You will be told clearly what is recommended and what it involves, including cost. There is no obligation to continue, and no pressure to book anything during the appointment.
How do I pay, and can I reschedule?
The €60 fee is paid when you book. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, contact us on WhatsApp or by email and we will help.
Please note: this appointment is a consultation with a doctor. It is not emergency care, it does not guarantee any particular outcome, and it does not replace ongoing care from your own doctor. Any assessment, diagnosis or treatment follows individual clinical evaluation by an appropriately licensed professional and is subject to the law of the country in which you live. If you are experiencing urgent or severe symptoms, contact your local emergency services rather than booking an appointment.
